Our ambition was to develop and produce a professional dry aging fridge, which doesn’t depend on a water supply, and looks as great as it works. We succeeded in doing so with the DRY AGER® – 100 % Made in Germany. The exterior has a timeless, modern design – the interior bristles with modern technology. Craftsmanship meets high tech, protected with 5 patents.

It has never been so easy to produce your own Dry-Aged Beef, pork, ham & salami.

The isolating tinted glass door of the fridge, framed with stainless steel protects the valuable content from the harmful influence of UV light.

Inside the dry aging fridge, the meat ages on the bone at a special aging algorithm written by the inventors of DRY AGER®: The precise electronic control system of the DRY AGER® ensures the accurate temperature regulation, which can be set in precise 0.1 °C increments.

Furthermore, the humidity can be accurately controlled and set anywhere in 0,1 % steps between 60 % and 90 % thanks to the integrated HumiControl® system, even without a water supply or drain.

Together with the DX AirReg® system, this guarantees a perfect microclimate, an ideal airflow and continuous sterilization inside the DRY AGER® Premium – even if the outside temperature fluctuates.

The DX 1000® Premium is the first dry aging fridge worldwide that combines an activated carbon filter with an active UVC-ventilated-disinfection system, which sterilizes all of the air in the fridge every minute. As a result, germs and bacteria don’t stand a chance.

Best Dry Aging technology – your benefit:
The weight loss in the DRY AGER® is surprisingly small! Beef loses after 4 weeks on the bone only approx. 7 – 8 % and after 6 weeks only approx. 12 %. Pork loses after 3 weeks only approx. 9 – 10 % in weight.

Maximum flexibility:
The DRY AGER® is not only limited to dry aging beef, but can also be used for the production of charcuterie, air drying cured ham and many other meats, as well as storing cheese. Even fish is possible and produces fantastic results.

Dry Ager DX 500 Premium

Maximum flexibility: The standard floor grate, including the stainless steel hangers of the DX 500 Premium and the optionally available push-in sockets allow up to 20 kg of meat to mature in the appliance at one time. An invoice which incidentally goes up: When fully loaded the device is paid in the trade after only 4 dry aging sessions.

Our meat maturing cabinet adapts perfectly to your needs – here are some examples of the possible loading: 4 quarter backs on 1 floor rack and 1 sliding shelf or 2 half backs on 2 hangers. Also, sausage & amp; Ham can be matured with the appropriate accessories. See the Shop.

DRY AGER DX 1000 Premium

Dry Ager DX 1000 Premium

Maximum flexibility: The serially produced stainless steel suspension gear of the DX 1000 Premium and the optionally available half & normal shelves make it possible to age up to 100 kg of meat simultaneously. A win-win situation: in the retail industry, when loaded to its maximum capacity, after using the device just twice, the fridge is payed.

Our meat maturing fridge perfectly adapts to your needs. Here, you will find a few examples of loading possibilities for the device: 2-3 whole beef saddles on 2 hangers, 2 whole beef saddles and up to 3 halved ones on 2-3 hangers , 2 whole beef saddles and up to 50 kg of meat cuts hung by 1 hanger, and 5 half-shelves or just meat cuts and up to 100 kg on 5 whole shelves. Antibacterial inner container

There is no chance for germs and bacteria due to the antibacterial inner container. The sophisticated shape makes cleaning easier and prevents the formation of dirt in the corners.

Sophisticated bottom

The bottom falls off at the back and liquid is collected safely. Through integrated slats the salt tray sits safely and slightly raised.

DX LED Premium lighting

With the wall-integrated DX LED Premium lighting the displayed products in your DRY AGER are perfectly presented. The light intensity of the DX 1000 Premium is infinitely dimmable.

BRANDNEW: THE DX-LED© SALT BACKWALL-SYSTEM

The DX-LED salt wall system can be installed in the DRY AGER as back wall and imitates the look of a salt wall. The lighting color can be simply changed with a remote control. In more than 10 colors.

The advantage of a LED wall:
a deceptive real salt look, flexibel adaptable colors and no disadvantages that result of real salt walls. That is: a lot of liquid which has to be avoided in the device. The DX-LED salt wall system makes a visual highlight of the DRY AGER® and individual color concepts from restaurants or hotels can be transferred in the DRY AGER®.
