I have already used my Dry Ager twice with excellent results. My first distribution of a bark printing was unfortunately not completely succeeded however the second time I had developed a better strategy, with better results. The dry ager per se is impeccable and the meat after 10 weeks of deposit was absolutely clean. The cleaning between the bearings also went quickly and without difficulty. For those who appreciate the good meat, a dry ager is absolutely awesome.
