My DRY AGER cabinet has been in use for almost a year now and has exceeded all expectations. The best result I’ve achieved so far was with roast beef aged for 75 days. I always follow the recommendations in the “Bible” when selecting programs and have not been disappointed yet. Even though it’s a larger investment, I would choose to buy it again and again.
