On www.dry-ager.com, not only the website itself is secure, but the whole ordering procedure is as well – your personal order data is safeguarded using an SSL encryption. Below, you will find the payment method options that we offer for orders placed in our onlineshop.

Via your Paypal account, direct debiting from your bank account or via credit card

Pay fast and secure via credit card over the Lava encrypted SSL connection. Your advantage: the goods, which are permanently stored will be shipped within 24 hours by DHL on weekdays.

With this TÜV certified payment method and your Pin&Tan numbers, you can pay safely and conveniently by means of your usual online banking data. Your advantage: your payment reaches us just a few moments after the order confirmation, and your items are prepared for distribution in accordance with our delivery times, without delays.

Payment information is sent to you by email along with your order confirmation

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation from our online shop in which you will find the prepayment bank details and information. Please note your order number, date of your order placement and your name when making the transfer. The delivery time commences as stated in our shop after we receive your payment.

CASH or DEBIT CARD (possible, in case of order pick-up by the customer in Bad Saulgau)

Naturally, you can pick up our DRY AGER® and other gear yourself in our factory in Bad Saulgau. Please select “self-pick-up” in our shop, if you wish to do so. You can then pay for your items in cash (Euro only!) or via a german debit card, here in our factory. Please note, that the device can only be transported standing upright. The production time begins, after your order is placed, as stated in the shop.

Caution: self-pick-up is not possible for “meat” orders.

Shipping information

The maturing fridge is well secured in stable polystyrene-cardboard packaging on a stable big wodden-pallet, when the distribution takes place. This means that your device is safe from the possibility of being damaged. The forwarding company delivers the device with the help of a lifting ramp and informs you by phone, deciding on a time that fits you best, prior to arriving at your address.

Parcel delivery items as well as special gear and small appliances (for orders that don’t contain the maturing fridge) are delivered via DHL (post). The meat is delivered via UPS in Germany only! A tracking number will be sent to your email, so that you are able to keep close watch of your order.

Shipping information for Germany:

The DRY AGER or the DRY AGER with appliances: no freight
Gear or small appliances: € 7,90 gross per order
Meat (whole sirloin): € 30.- gross per sirloin
Meat (half sirloin): shipping free

Shipping information for Europe:

The DRY AGER or the DRY AGER with appliances: € 150.- gross per device (several devices – on request!)
Gear or small appliances: € 20.- gross per order (Switzerland: € 30.-, Austria: € 10.-)

INFO: Among the countries Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco the shipping information above is meant net, without VAT.

Shipping information worldwide:

The DRY AGER or the DRY AGER with appliances, sent via ocean freight to harbour (LCL): € 400.- net per DX 500 and € 600.- net per DX 1000 (several devices – on request!)

Gear or small appliances via DHL air freight: € 70.- net per order

INFO OCEAN FREIGHT:
The customer shall bear the freight company import duties and possible additional delivery charges upon import of the order from the harbour to its final destination.
